We do not finalize binding contracts for the event spaces; all financial transactions and finalized contracts are handled directly between the user and the respective hotel venue.
While we strive to provide accurate descriptions, pricing estimates, and capacities for the venues (e.g., Hotel Arts Barcelona, W Barcelona), the hotels reserve the right to change their offerings. All bookings are subject to final confirmation by the venue.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Gamelanepilot and its licensors. The site is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
In no event shall Gamelanepilot, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service or any venue booked through the Service.
